1. RESERVATIONS:

1.1 Reservations are valid for a period of 48 hours

1.2 Please make a prepayment and fax through the  proof of payment to 031-7642844 or email us at reservation@bizafrika-ltd.com. Please note the name of the guest  and the arrival date as reference must be on the deposit slip. All guests wishing to do an international money transfer must take all cost upon themselves.

1.3 No bookings will be confirmed unless the proof of payment of 50% of the Pro Forma invoice and/or voucher has been received. Bookings with a arriving date 3 days or less before the arriving date needs a 100 % prepayment.  Same day bookings require immediate payment or accommodation voucher or payment from credit card details as supplied by guest.

1.4 All reservations made will be cancelled unless BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd receives the payment or a proof of payment/voucher  as noted above  within 48 hours from the date on the Confirmation/Pro forma Invoice. Other agreements must be written in paper form.

1.5 No notification will be given for cancellation. It is the responsibility of the person which made the booking to follow up whether the proof of payment and signed confirmation has been received by our reservations department.

1.6 In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

 

2.   CANCELLATION POLICY                                

Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract. BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees should a confirmed booking be cancelled within the following period;

2.1  OFF – PEAK PERIODS

2.1.1 Cancellation 4 days or more prior to the arrival: BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd  charges a service fee of 25 % of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher/ pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount will be issued.

2.1.2 Cancellation 3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd  charges 50% of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount will be issued.

2,1.3Cancelation within less  than  3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd will charge 100% of the total Invoice amount !

2.2  PEAK PERIODS

2.2.1  Cancellation 4 days or more prior to arrival: BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd  charges a service fee of 50 % of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount will be issued.

2.2.2 Cancelation with 3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd charges 75% of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount  will be issued.

2.2.3 Cancelation within less than 3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd  charges 100% of the total Invoice amount !

2.2.4 OFF Peak and Peak Periods:  

Should no notification of cancellation be received by the guest lodge the full invoice amount must be paid ! In every Case BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd does any over payment only as a personal debit voucher for a use!  see pkt. 2.1.1 until 2.2.3

2.3VOUCHERS                                  

The vouchers issued are valid for 180 days and are not transferable without the prior written permission of BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd  

 

3. DAMAGES POLICY

3.1 Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, bathrobes, paintings and ornaments etc charged at 125% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges.

3.2 Damage to linen or towels resulting from the use of body oils, makeup, shoe polish, etc will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

 

3.3 The prepayment will be allocated to payment for damages and guests will be billed for any additional amounts due.

4. GENERAL   Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

4.1 BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change your room selection without notice.

4.2 Smoking is prohibited in the entire Lodge.  Should you wish to smoke please do so on the breakfast patio.

4.3 BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd shall not assume responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the Lodge property.

4.5 The Lodge has an unsupervised, open pool which may only be used at the guests' own risk. No unsupervised children are allowed in or near the swimming pool.  The pool is available to guests between 7am and 9pm.  

4.6 BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injury, death or loss of goods while staying on the property. Guests stay and use all the facilities on the property at their own risk.                                            

4.7 Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
